Rhonda Marion

Rhonda Marion, SPHR has a strong background in human resources and has held several notable positions throughout their career. Rhonda is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health. Prior to this, Rhonda served as the Chief People Officer at Opya and the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Donor Network West. Rhonda also worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Community Health Center Network, where they were responsible for implementing HR strategies and programs. Rhonda has also worked as a Human Resource Consultant at the Taproot Foundation and as the Director of Human Resources at R & R Marketing. Rhonda started their career as the COO/Director of Human Resources at CCEB and as a Branch Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions. Overall, Rhonda's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change management.

Rhonda Marion, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource and Corporate Management from California State University - East Bay. Rhonda attended the university from 2008 to 2009. In December 2008, they also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
