Sarah Hernandez

Sarah Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Sarah is currently working at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health as the Chief of Staff and Associate Vice President for People. In this role, they serve as a thought partner and advisor to the President & CEO and is responsible for managing 6 staff across 3 teams.

Prior to their current role, Sarah worked at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business as the Chief of Staff and Director of Development & Alumni Relations. Sarah led the department's administrative strategy and operations, overseeing a team of 35 staff members. Sarah also presided over the board and supported philanthropic initiatives.

Sarah also has experience working at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Muhlenberg College in alumni relations roles. Sarah established the Kellogg School's alumni relations office on the west coast and managed alumni and student volunteer programs at Muhlenberg College.
