Sydney Thompson

Sydney Thompson has extensive experience in education and development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health since March 2019. Previously, Sydney held positions as a Development Assistant and Program Coordinator at the Boys and Girls Club of Sonoma County, where responsibilities included implementing engaging curriculum and managing behavior to create a safe learning environment. Additional experience includes a role as Lead Sales Associate at The Buckle, Inc., focusing on customer experience and team collaboration, and working as a Team Leader at Camp Galileo, guiding young children through creative activities. Sydney began professional development as a Teacher's Aide in Math Enrichment, supporting educators and facilitating recreational activities. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Studies from Sonoma State University, completed in 2018, and graduated from Leland High School in 2014.
