Olga Batygin is the co-founder and CEO of Lucinetic, Inc. Olga has a long history with Caltech, having worked there in various capacities for over ten years. Most recently, they served as the Founding Director of WorkLife & Wellness Program. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing programs to support the wellbeing of faculty, staff, and students.

Before their work in academia, Olga worked in business development and executive assistant roles at GNS Healthcare. It was during their time at GNS that they became interested in the potential of data science to improve healthcare outcomes. This interest led their to co-found Lucinetic, a company that uses data analytics to help hospitals and clinics optimize their operations.

Under Olga's leadership, Lucinetic has become one of the most innovative and successful data science companies in the healthcare industry. The company has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US, and its products are used by some of the largest healthcare organizations in the world.

Olga is a highly respected leader in both the academic and business communities. Olga is a passionate advocate for the use of data science to improve healthcare outcomes, and their work has helped to make Lucinetic a leading force in this rapidly growing field.

Olga Batygin has a Masters from the University of Redlands, a Bachelors of Science from University of California, Santa Cruz, is in the process of getting their PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute, and is an Emergency Medical Technician from WestMed.
