Ryan Tinney

Ryan Tinney is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently, as Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Lucky Dog Insurance since January 2025, Ryan leads an independent brokerage focused on providing comprehensive commercial and personal insurance services. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Commercial Lines at Prosper Insurance, where Ryan successfully launched a commercial lines division and managed a wide array of teams and operational functions. Earlier roles include Commercial Lines Manager and Marketing Representative at Federated Insurance Company, along with sales and leadership positions at Home Care Delivered, where Ryan developed tailored medical supply solutions. Ryan's career began with a marketing internship at Barber Martin Advertising, supporting non-profit initiatives. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
