Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Tribal Development Program Manager at Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel since June 2023, Allison previously held roles including Human Resources Generalist at the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation from July 2013 to October 2016 and Human Resources Partner at Lucky Eagle Casino from May 1995 to June 2013, where responsibilities included managing specific departmental recruitment and updating job descriptions.
