Shawna Ridgebear is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the casino and hotel industry. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel since April 2023, Shawna leads a diverse marketing team overseeing various functions, including advertising, social media, public relations, and brand management. Previous positions include Marketing Director at Table Mountain Casino, where a comprehensive marketing plan was developed for a new casino resort, and Executive Director of Marketing at Spirit Mountain Casino, where strategic initiatives in digital marketing, loyalty programs, and event planning were implemented. Early career roles at Circus Circus Reno included Director of Casino Marketing and Executive Casino Host, focusing on loyalty marketing and VIP services. Shawna holds a degree from Great Basin College.
