Emily Carlin has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and marketing. Emily began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Webcor Builders in 2000 and later worked as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at iVillage.com. In 2002, they joined SCORE! Educational Centers as a Marketing Coordinator and eventually became a Senior Recruiter, responsible for recruitment and staffing of multiple regions. In 2004, Emily worked as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Primedia, Inc. Emily then joined GUESS?, INC. in 2006 as a Senior Recruiter, handling corporate recruitment and on-campus recruiting efforts. Emily later took on roles at Kaplan, first as a Recruiter and then as a Senior Recruiter, before transitioning to Juicy Couture and Lucky Brand, where they held managerial positions in talent acquisition. Their most recent role was as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Lucky Brand.
Emily Carlin attended Claremont McKenna College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Art.
