Penny Somer-Greif

Penny Somer-Greif is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities law. Currently serving as Counsel at Lucosky Brookman LLP since July 2022, Penny previously held the position of Of Counsel at Baker Donelson from January 2017 to June 2022, where advisory focus included federal and state securities law obligations and SEC filings. Prior experience includes roles as Counsel at Ober Kaler, where similar responsibilities were undertaken, and as an Associate at Arnold & Porter, addressing regulatory compliance issues under various securities laws. Before entering private practice, Penny was an Attorney-Adviser at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, reviewing compliance with federal securities laws. Penny holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Binghamton University.
