Don Farias

Don Farias is the Founder of Lucrotec LLC, a consulting firm specializing in enterprise business transformation. Prior to founding Lucrotec, Don held the position of SVP of Global Operations at Information Strategies Group, where Don was responsible for managing the largest Global Managed Mobility Service and IT/Telecommunication Expense Management provider. Before that, Don worked at AT&T as a District Manager, leading a program focused on harmonizing functional areas within the billing organization to drive revenue and expense reduction. Don holds a Masters in Executive Education - MIS - Telecommunications from USC Marshall School of Business, a Masters in Business Administration from New York University, and a BS in Computer Science from Johnson & Wales University.
