Aurora Ventura

Aurora Ventura is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience leading HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Group Director at Lucta since April 2019, Aurora previously held key positions, including Chief People Officer at Volotea and Human Resources Director for Europe and Africa at Lear Corporation. Additional roles include Corporate Human Resources Director at Esteve Group and National Human Resources Director at Unilever. Aurora's career began at Novartis as a Human Resources Manager and included a brief stint as a Business Development Manager at Barclays Bank. Educationally, Aurora holds an MBA in Business Administration from The Open University and a law degree from Universitat de Barcelona, along with a music teaching degree from the Conservatorio de Música del Liceo.
