Beth Parks

Beth Parks, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources management. Beth is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Lucy Corr since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Lakewood Manor from October 2015 to June 2022. Before joining Lakewood Manor, Beth worked as a Human Resource Manager at Consulate Health Care from July 2013 to October 2015. From 2008 to 2013, they held the role of Senior Human Resource Director at HCR Manor Care.

Beth Parks, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Management from Urbana University. Beth obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in June 2022.
