Mitesh Goswami is an experienced IT professional with a focus on service desk support and desktop administration. Currently serving as a Global IT Service Desk Analyst at Lucy Electric since January 2022, Mitesh previously worked as a Desktop Administrator at Wipro Limited from October 2018 to January 2022, and as an E-Learning Support Engineer at Next Education India Pvt Ltd from August 2017 to September 2018. Mitesh completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance from Ahmedabad University from 2013 to 2016, and holds a Jetking certified hardware and networking engineering degree from Jetking obtained in 2017.
