The IT and Data Team at Lucy Electric is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s information technology infrastructure and data management systems. This includes designing and supporting software for medium and high voltage switchgear solutions, managing business systems like Dynamics 365, providing global IT support, and leveraging data science and BI tools to drive insights and efficiencies. The team ensures seamless integration and operation of PLM, CPQ, and other critical systems while supporting end-users through a robust service desk and support infrastructure.
