Rilla Bau

Rilla Bau has extensive work experience, starting in 2016 as the Director of Fashion Designer at LUCY IN THE SKY INC. Their role included planning, organizing materials, creative expression, analyzing and discussing designs, determining samples, and managing the design direction of branded products. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at Vibrant Design.

Rilla Bau completed their undergraduate degree in Small Business Administration/Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences. Rilla attended this institution from 2003 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, Rilla pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting from the same university. Rilla completed their Master's degree program from 2006 to 2009.
