Pete Montecino has extensive experience in restaurant operations, currently serving in this role at Lucys Retired Surfers Bar & Restaurant since August 2017. Previously, Pete worked as the Area Director of the Upscale Division at Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts from July 2016 to June 2017, and held the position of General Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House from May 1990 to July 2016. Educationally, Pete earned an Associate's degree in Biomedical Technology/Technician from Delgado Community College between 1991 and 1993 and completed coursework as a Business major at Southeastern Louisiana University in 1990-1991.
