Randika Cooray, PMP, MBA

Randika Cooray has extensive work experience in various roles. Randika currently serves as the Head of Operations at Lucytech, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at EIGHT25MEDIA for five years, starting as a Project Manager in November 2016 and later transitioning to the role of Delivery Manager in May 2017. In this role, Randika worked closely with customers to define product requirements and managed those requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery of value. Randika also collaborated with the Project Manager to create project schedules, handle scope changes, and execute project hand-off to customer support.

Before joining EIGHT25MEDIA, Randika worked at HSBC as a Senior Web Production Officer from September 2011 to October 2016. Randika was responsible for web production activities during their tenure. Prior to this, they gained experience in software engineering roles at Latitude655, Fusis Group, and VA Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.

Randika Cooray, PMP, MBA has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Middlesex University, which they obtained in 2008. In 2016, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2017, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
