Arik Scharia has extensive experience in project management and operational leadership within the engineering and desalination sectors. Currently serving as EPC & GAS Department Manager and Senior Project Manager at LUDAN Engineering Co. Ltd. since January 2019, Arik has held various roles in multiple companies, including Project Manager at POLYBID and CEO at Sorek Operation & Maintenance Company, overseeing the world's largest desalination plant. A proven leader, Arik managed significant projects such as the Sorek Desalination Plant during a tenure at IDE Technologies Ltd. and coordinated the development of a recycling plant for municipal solid waste while freelancing. With educational credentials in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Arik combines technical expertise with a strong track record in project execution and plant management across various industries.
