Siraj Hatoum

Siraj Hatoum is an experienced analytics engineer currently working at Ludia since October 2022. Previously, Siraj served as a data scientist during an academic consulting project with ArcelorMittal at McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management, where leadership in developing a predictive model effectively addressed procurement costs and operational risks. Prior experience includes a role as automation lead and data analyst at ION, where significant process improvements were achieved, resulting in operational cost reductions and enhanced workflow efficiency. Siraj co-founded a data science initiative within the University of Toronto Entrepreneurship Hatchery and has held research and project analyst roles in various organizations. Siraj holds a Master's of Management Analytics in Data Science from McGill University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science - Energy Systems from the University of Toronto, complemented by a minor in Engineering Business.
