Ludium Lab
Xavi Verdú is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in computer science and mobile cloud gaming. Currently serving at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya since September 2001, Xavi has held multiple roles, including Assistant Professor and Senior PhD Researcher, and has been instrumental in guiding numerous research projects. As CTO and Co-founder of Ludium Lab, a mobile cloud gaming start-up accelerated by Wayra, Xavi has contributed to innovation in the gaming industry since February 2012. Previous experience includes a research position at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center and visiting PhD student roles at ConSentry Networks and FlowStorm Inc. Xavi holds a Ph.D. in Computer Architecture from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, complemented by business training and a strong foundational education in Computer Science.
