Jodie Aspden

Jodie Aspden is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Iris Care Group, where Jodie has held various HR roles since May 2019, including Human Resources Business Partner and HR Advisor. Prior to this, Jodie worked at FatFace from August 2011 to April 2019 as an Employee Relations and Internal Communications Advisor, focusing on stakeholder collaboration across the organization, and as an HR Recruitment Advisor, responsible for sourcing and screening candidates. Jodie began the career as a sales assistant. Jodie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Social Sciences from Cardiff University, completed between 2013 and 2016, and attended Olchfa Sixth Form in Swansea from 2012 to 2013.
