Joshua Sullivan

Joshua Sullivan has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction and Senior Project Manager at Lueder Construction Company since November 2019. Previous roles include Board Member for the Housing Foundation for Sarpy County and Member of the Board of Directors for the Bellevue Housing Authority and Greater Bellevue Area Chamber of Commerce. Joshua also held the position of Preconstruction Manager I at The Weitz Company from December 2012 to November 2019 and worked as a Project Manager/Estimator at both DC Masonry, Inc. and Upland Construction Company. Joshua obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 2003 and 2007.
