Andrea Denecke

Andrea Denecke has a strong background in human resources and works council relations in the aviation industry. Andrea'smost recent position was as the Senior Director of HR for Lufthansa Cargo, a role they have held since May 2019. Prior to that, they held various senior roles at DEUTSCHE LUFTHANSA AKTIENGESELLSCHAT, including Senior Director of Works Council Relations, Head of Employee Participation for Ground Operations, Head of Collective Bargaining Policy and Personnel Structures for Ground Operations, and Head of HR for Direct Services and Sales in Germany. Andrea started their career at the company as a Works Council Representative for Cabin Crew and held that position until December 2009.
