Hannes Walter

Hannes Walter currently serves as Manager People & Culture Organisation at Lufthansa Cargo since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles at DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH as a Werkstudent and Praktikant in central personnel and leadership development, focusing on cultural change and process management from February 2021 to June 2022. Hannes also interned at Fraport AG, engaging in change processes and workshop facilitation for a brief period in early 2020. Prior military service with the Bundeswehr spanned from July 2006 to June 2019, where Hannes worked as a flight advisor and trainer. Hannes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economic Psychology from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg and has completed vocational training as an industrial clerk.
