Letesia al Haddad

Letesia Al Haddad has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Letesia started their career in 2006 at Air France KLM, where they worked in direct sales and customer service until 2010. Letesia then joined Alitalia Compagnia Aerea Italiana SpA as a sales support and pricing analyst, responsible for preparing reports and analyzing market data to increase airline revenue. In 2012, Letesia joined Lufthansa as an account manager specialist, where they handled sales support, pricing, analysis, marketing, and administrative tasks for Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines. Letesia later became the account steering manager for the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Pakistan region until 2018. Since 2018, Letesia has been working at Lufthansa Systems, initially as a service delivery manager and currently as the regional sales manager. In April 2022, they were promoted to the position of regional director of sales for the Middle East.

Letesia Al Haddad completed a Diploma in Cambridge International Business at TAGI centre in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from Jami'at Al-Yarmouk between 2000 and 2005. Letesia completed their high school education at the National Orthodox School from 1997 to 2000.
