Anka Roos has extensive experience in quality management, strategic leadership, and human resources within the airline industry, particularly with Lufthansa from April 2005 to December 2009. Roles included Manager Quality & Service, overseeing quality and process management; Senior Manager Young Talents & Entry Programs, responsible for disciplinary leadership and recruitment; Senior Manager Baggage Tracing, managing over 150 employees and external service providers; and Senior Manager Workforce Steering & Young Talents, leading various workforce initiatives. Prior experience includes working as an Internal Auditor at Tengelmann Warenhandelsgesellschaft.
