Dawn Smith has extensive experience in finance and corporate controlling, currently serving as Head of Corporate Rating and Creditor Relations at Lufthansa since October 2018. Prior to this role, Dawn took maternity leave from February 2015 to September 2018 after a significant tenure at Lloyds Banking Group where responsibilities included leading International Finance Transformation and managing financial operations across Europe. Earlier career experiences include management consulting at BearingPoint, finance management with Bank of New Zealand, and a management accountant role with Schroders. Education includes an Executive MBA from ESSEC-Mannheim and an MSci in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham. Dawn also participated in an 18-month leadership programme focused on Lufthansa Cargo.
