Derya Ragunathan

Derya Ragunathan currently holds the position of Manager of Workplace Solutions at Lufthansa since May 2024. Prior to this role, Derya accumulated significant experience at Savills Germany, serving as a Senior Consultant in both Investment and Retail Investment Services from January 2022 to April 2024. Derya started at Barings as a Transaction Analyst and has also held positions at CBRE in Advisory & Transaction Services and Capital Markets/Investment. Earlier work experience includes a real estate research assistance role at bulwiengesa, an internship in social marketing for a children's cancer support organization in Brazil, and various student roles in urban development and residential property development. Derya holds a Master of Arts in Real Estate Management from TH Aschaffenburg University and has completed a postgraduate exchange at Tongji University in Economics and Management, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography and Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt.
