Victoria Schuster

Victoria Schuster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Lufthansa since 2007, currently serving as Vice President of the Customer Experience Program. Throughout their career at Lufthansa, Victoria has held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Director positions in Network Management, Commercial Steering and Project Portfolio Management, and Office Management for Network Airlines and Commercial Business Development. Victoria's early career includes a role as a Flight Attendant and progression through various managerial positions focused on customer experience and inflight products. Academic achievements include an Executive MBA from Kellogg-WHU (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (2008-2011) and Jacksonville University (2010). Victoria completed secondary education at Elisabeth-Gymnasium, Mannheim, earning an Abitur.
