Merve Koyuncu

Merve Koyuncu has extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality and airline sectors, currently serving as a security guard and visitor escort at Copenhagen Airports A/S since May 2018. In addition to roles in passenger assistance and service, involvement with SAS - Scandinavian Airlines as a passenger service agent began in May 2019. Merve's experience also includes positions at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities included driving organizational change and managing IT processes from January to July 2023. Previous roles include hosting and registration at Copenhagen Medical - Bella Center and multiple promotional positions in high-end retail brands. Merve Koyuncu is pursuing a degree in Business Economics & IT at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi, expected to complete in January 2024, having also completed relevant studies in business economics and social sciences.
