Julia Hew-Guest has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as International Purchaser for MMG (OPG Group) in 2002. After this, they moved on to Marketing Manager Europe for PQI Europe in 2004, where they were responsible for the planning and implementation of European territorial corporate marketing activities. In 2008, they took on the role of Account Manager North America for Anteryon B.V., where they were solely responsible for business development and management of new and existing business sales in the US and Canada. Julia then joined LUG in 2014 as Sales & Business Development, where they were responsible for prospecting and maintaining new sales, and business development of Retail and Merchandising in the Fashion Lifestyle industry. Most recently, they have been working as a Sales Consultancy & Account Management for Orange Bee Sales Consultancy since 2017.

Julia Hew-Guest attended Northwood University from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a BBA in International Business and Management. Prior to that, they attended LICT LimKokWing Institute of Creative Technology from 1993 to 1996 and obtained a Diploma in Advertising, PR & Marketing. Additionally, they hold a certification in BBA International Business and Management from Northwood University.
