Pedro Ventura

Pedro Ventura possesses extensive experience in compliance, innovation, and financial management within the logistics sector. Currently serving as Corporate Chief of Compliance Officer at Grupo Luís Simões since September 1998, Pedro has established the Compliance Program and enhanced the Risk Management process, while also implementing BPMN methodology to automate business processes. Previous roles include Innovation and Processes Director, where Pedro managed innovation projects and integrated quality management for the transportation business in Iberia, and Chief of Administrative and Financial Officer for Iberia and Spain, overseeing financial direction and internal reporting. Earlier experience at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor involved coordinating audit processes. Pedro Ventura holds a degree in Economics from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and completed executive education at CATÓLICA-LISBON.
