Riikka Rannikko

Riikka Rannikko is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Partner at Lujatalo Oy since December 2022, Rannikko previously held positions including interim Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Business Partner at the same company. Prior to Lujatalo Oy, Rannikko worked as an HR Manager at Comatec Group, focusing on the development and implementation of HR strategies, and as an HR Business Partner at Sweco, contributing to both strategic and operational HR processes. Rannikko began the HR career as an HR Coordinator at Sweco Rakennetekniikka and as HR and Communications Coordinator at KPM-Engineering Oy, demonstrating a solid foundation in employer branding, recruitment, learning and development, and employee wellbeing. Rannikko holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Jyväskylä.
