Eliza Kruczkowska

Eliza Kruczkowska is an experienced leader in innovation development, currently serving as the Director of Innovation Development at Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. since September 2016. Apart from this role, Eliza is a member of the Board of Advisors at the Łukasiewicz Research Network, a supervisory board member at OChK, and has contributed to the European Commission's Startup Europe Advisory Board from January 2019 to May 2023. As the founder and president of the Program Committee at Centralny Dom Technologii CDT, a promoter of STEAM education, Eliza has demonstrated a strong commitment to educational initiatives. Previous roles include CEO of Startup Poland and IT PR, as well as a business development manager at SEQUENCE sp. z o.o. Eliza holds advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, an Executive MBA, and has completed professional programs at Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
