Carlos Chavez

Carlos Chavez is a skilled professional with extensive experience in process control and improvement at Luker Chocolate since July 2014. In the roles of Process Professional and Process Analyst, Carlos has focused on production process control, supplier auditing in training, evaluation of new production processes, and materials assessment for packaging and manufacturing. Additionally, Carlos has led continuous improvement projects and action plans. Prior experience includes an internship in chemical engineering and tutoring at Universidad de Bogota Jorge Tadeo Lozano. Carlos holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and has obtained Lean Six Sigma certifications, achieving Green and Black Belt qualifications in manufacturing.
