Shoshana Levie

Shoshana Levie, LCSW, is a dedicated psychotherapist currently working at the Lukin Center for Psychotherapy since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Supervising Clinical Social Worker at the Center for Anxiety, LLC from June 2019 to January 2024, where Shoshana provided evidence-based clinical services to diverse age groups experiencing acute emotional distress. Previous roles involve senior counseling at Steps To End Family Violence, focusing on trauma-informed therapy for survivors of gender-based violence, and a counseling internship providing support to women and children in similar situations. Shoshana's earlier experiences include family therapy training at the Ackerman Institute and case planning at the Northside Center for Child Development, complemented by a strong foundation in social services, advocacy, and community engagement acquired in various internships. Shoshana earned a Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
