Stefania Lipiec

Stefania Lipiec has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Stefania is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Lukka since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of People Operations Manager at Lukka from March 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Lukka, Stefania worked at PwC for six years. Stefania served as a Human Resources Management Consultant from September 2018 to March 2021. Stefania also held the roles of HR Business Partner, Manager, Advisory, Financial Services, Digital Technology from September 2016 to September 2018, and HR Business Partner, Senior Associate - Advisory, Financial Services, Banking Management from January 2015 to August 2016.

Stefania's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Recruiter/Staffing Consultant at TalentHub WorldWide, Inc. in 2014, and as a Workplace Consultant at Western Australia Police from June 2012 to June 2014. Stefania also served as an Employee Relations Officer at Western Australia Police from February 2010 to June 2012, and as an Administration/Research Officer from November 2008 to February 2010.

Additionally, Stefania has previous experience at Western Australia Police as an Information Management Officer in 2008 and as an Executive Assistant and Administration Assistant in 2006.

Stefania Lipiec has a strong educational background in the field of human resources management. Stefania obtained a Masters in HR Management from Edith Cowan University in 2013, following a Graduate Diploma of Business in Human Resource Management from the same institution (2008-2010). Stefania also holds a Graduate Certificate of Business in Management and Human Resources Management Skills (2007-2008) from Edith Cowan University. Additionally, they completed a Human Resources Management Skills Course at the Western Australia Police Academy in 2007. Their Bachelor's degree from Edith Cowan University (2003-2005) focused on Communications and Journalism, with a minor in Justice Studies. Stefania also holds a Certificate IV in Business Studies from The University of Notre Dame Australia (2002). Stefania has obtained additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in September 2018 and SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2018.
