Geert Motte

Geert Motte is a seasoned professional in retail sales management with extensive experience in the petroleum sector. Currently serving as Retail Sales District Manager at LUKOIL since 2008, Geert is responsible for overseeing operational activities and results of service stations, including selection and recruitment of new operators, coaching existing operators, and implementing corporate concepts. Previously, Geert held similar roles at ConocoPhillips, where responsibilities included project coordination and financial reconciliation automation. Geert's career also includes experience as a Senior Field Auditor and District Manager, along with early roles in sales promotion. Geert holds a degree in Handelsingenieur from KU Leuven.
