Sameer Mahmood

Sameer Mahmood has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Sameer started their career as a planning engineer at AACC in 2012, followed by a role as a QA/QC engineer at BAMCO, inc. In 2013, they worked as a planning and estimation engineer at A.M.Tech before joining Al-Yamama as a planning and cost engineer, where they managed and supervised planning and cost systems for various projects. Sameer then worked at Albilal Group for General Contracts Ltd. as a planning and cost engineer from 2016 to 2017. Sameer later joined MSK Construction, Inc. as a project controls engineer in 2018 before moving to LUKOIL, where they currently serve as a lead project controller.

Sameer Mahmood obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Al-Mustansirya University in 2012. In 2017, they acquired the certification of PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) from Project Management Institute and PMI MassBay Chapter. Later, Sameer pursued a Master of Science degree in Construction Project Management (CPM) from Heriot-Watt University, which they completed in 2021.
