LUKOIL
Dinar Kutliakhmetov is a seasoned drilling engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer of the Drilling Support Center at LUKOIL since January 2023, Dinar previously worked as a Directional Drilling Engineer at NewTech Services and Smith Siberian Services LLC, where responsibilities included the drilling of inclined and horizontal wells. Earlier roles include Measurement While Drilling Engineer at PetroAlliance Services Company Limited and Drilling Assistant at Eurasia Drilling Company. Dinar holds a Master’s degree in Offshore Deep Oil and Gas Wells Drilling Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Drilling of Oil and Gas Wells, both from Ufa State Petroleum Technical University.
