Grigory Volchek

Grigory Volchek is an accomplished communications professional with over two decades of experience in public relations and journalism. Currently serving as Editor In Chief at LUKOIL since August 2019, Grigory oversees the publication of the corporate newspaper "Perm Neft," develops corporate content, and collaborates with media outlets on significant PR projects. Previously, Grigory held the role of Public Relations Manager for various organizations, including LIKard and the Moscow government, where responsibilities included implementing PR initiatives across diverse sectors. Grigory's earlier career at LUKOIL involved multiple roles in PR, media relations, and corporate communications, and Grigory also served as a political observer and editor at Zvezda newspaper. Grigory holds a Bachelor's degree from Perm State University, completed in 1990.
