Konstantin Kolesnik

Konstantin Kolesnik is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities operations and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at LUKOIL since April 2003. Prior to this role, Konstantin worked as a Lawyer at InSpace Consulting from 2000 to 2003 and as an Associate at Macleod Dixon from 1997 to 2000. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Civil Law from the Institute of State and Law Russian Academy of Science (IGPAN), studies in European Anti Trust Law and German Private Law at Leiden University, and a JD in Law from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).
