Charles Banks

Charles Banks is an Analyst with a robust background in program management and military service, holding an active Top-Secret Security Clearance and over 24 years of leadership experience, including more than 22 years within the Special Operations Forces community. Currently, they serve as a Transregional Synchronization Analyst at Lukos, having previously held roles such as Imagery Analyst at Alion Science and Technology and Command Integration Lead at SteelGate LLC, where they developed capabilities for the United States Special Operations Command. A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, they are also pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University and a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration at Liberty University. Their expertise includes operations management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation, supporting various initiatives in both domestic and global contexts.
