Scott Whinnery

Scott Whinnery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aviation and program analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Program Analyst at Lukos since September 2020, Scott has previously held positions as a First Officer at United Airlines from May 2019 to September 2020. Scott's distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force included roles such as Deputy Commander of the 6th Operations Group and the 100th Operations Group, as well as Director of Operations for the 351st Air Refueling Squadron stationed in the UK. Additional responsibilities encompassed being the Deputy Chief of the Combat Plans Division at the 603rd Air Operations Center in Germany and serving as a Command Evaluator Pilot and as an Instructor Pilot for the KC-135. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Trident University International and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.
