Madam Cheng Cheung, aged 81, is Chairman and CEO of the Company, and a member of the Company’s Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. Madam Cheng has been with the Group for over 44 years. She is mainly responsible for the overall strategic planning of the Group. She also holds directorship in various subsidiaries of the Group. Madam Cheng is the mother of Mr. Luk Yan, Mr. Luk Fung and Ms. Luk Sze Wan, Monsie, who are all Executive Directors of the Company.
