Luis Menendez-Aponte

Luis Menendez-Aponte serves as a Senior Partner at Luks, Santaniello, Petrillo, Cohen & Peterfriend since August 2014. Prior to this role, Luis worked as an Attorney At Law at Kubicki Draper from October 2012 to August 2014, and at Allstate Insurance Staff Counsel from April 2010 to November 2012. Luis also held the position of Felony Division Chief at the Office of the State Attorney, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida from August 2004 to April 2010. Academically, Luis earned a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law between 2001 and 2004, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University from 1995 to 2000, and attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2002. Luis completed secondary education at Christopher Columbus High School from 1991 to 1995.
