Giulia Figenschou

Giulia Figenschou is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product management and client operations. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Lula since December 2023, Giulia previously held the position of Product Manager at Shiftly (Pty) Ltd from August 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing the life cycle of product and engineering projects and leading client success initiatives. Earlier roles include Product Owner and Scrum Master at Luno, Project Manager at Creative Caterpillar, Community Manager at M4JAM (Pty) Ltd., and Content Editor at RetailTribe. Giulia holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities from Stellenbosch University.
