Lance Florence

Lance Florence is a seasoned professional in credit operations and collections, currently serving as a Senior Credit Operations Specialist and BCA Collections Manager at Lulalend since May 2023. In this role, Lance implements and manages credit operational processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in underwriting and credit approvals, while fostering collaboration between various departments.
