Mark Chua

Mark Chua is an accomplished professional with a strong background in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Internal Onboarding Team Lead at Lula Convenience since November 2021. Prior roles at Lula Convenience include Customer Success & Operations Associate and Accounts Manager. Prior to that, Mark gained valuable experience as a Professional Services Representative at Unilab, Inc. from December 2017 to May 2021, and completed a Marketing Internship at Motolite in 2016. Mark Chua holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from San Beda University, where studies were completed in May 2017.
