Braden Hyman

Braden Hyman is a dedicated professional with experience in property management and business development. Currently serving as a Business Development Representative and Project Coordinator at Lula since July 2023, Braden acts as the primary liaison between property managers and contractors, overseeing project coordination and stakeholder communication. Prior to this role, Braden worked as a Leasing Consultant at Edward Rose & Sons from October 2021 to August 2023, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and managing rental applications. Additionally, as a Co-Owner at TerraNova Property Solutions from July 2019 to August 2023, Braden managed a portfolio of residential rental units, handling operations, leasing, and tenant relations. Braden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Missouri State University, completed in May 2023, and a High School Diploma from Savannah High School, obtained in May 2019.
